Although Roma's was established in 1987, our story begins many years ago when owner, Vito Amato, was just a toddler. He was born in a large Italian family, overflowing with talented cooks. Throughout the early years of his life, he had the opportunity to learn the basics of Italian cuisine and to perfect traditional family recipes. Vito knows that the essence of Italian cooking is simplicity and to use the freshest ingredients possible!
